📍 Project Scope:
Contributed to the successful delivery of the Converge FTTH FTK (Fiber-to-the-Home / Fiber-to-the-x Turnkey)project spanning 250,000 kilometers in Davao and Cagayan de Oro, one of the largest rollouts in the Philippines. Ensured project documentation and billing processes were aligned with operational milestones.
💰 Recovered ₱256 Million in Client Billing:
In my first two weeks, I identified missing documentation that delayed billing. By auditing and organizing project files, I enabled Nokia to bill ₱256 million to the client—revenue that was previously unaccounted for due to incomplete records.
🤝 Stakeholder Roles:
Acted as the bridge between trade contractors and Nokia’s billing team. I ensured timely submission of billing documents, identified missing requirements, and coordinated closely to accelerate pending payments and billing approvals.

- Promoted rapidly after demonstrating the ability to organize, document, and execute processes efficiently.
- Oversaw the completion of ~2,000 telecom tower sites, ensuring documentation, technical requirements, and timelines were met.
- Led the submission and approval of Project Acceptance Completion (PAC) documents at an unprecedented pace.
- In December alone, achieved 100 client-accepted sites, breaking internal records.
- Inherited a disorganized PAC documentation process that often delayed project acceptance.
- Built a standardized documentation structure to streamline submissions and minimize rework.
- Implemented an internal workflow system in our project management software to reduce onboarding time for new hires and ensure consistency.
- Bridged gaps across engineering, logistics, documentation, and client acceptance teams, ensuring alignment on requirements and priorities.
- Regularly met with the client acceptance department to understand their pain points and build stronger collaboration and trust.
- Translated technical requirements into actionable task lists for site engineers and document processors.
- Established and enforced an internal process for weekly updates and progress tracking.
- Maintained visibility across site progress and PAC statuses, allowing for real-time decision-making and issue resolution.
- Assigned to the Modala Beach Resort & Hotel Mock-up Room Project to manage the sourcing and verification of all interior and architectural materials.
- Oversaw the transition of approved materials from the mock-up phase to the full-scale rollout across 120 guest rooms.
- Ensured that design choices aligned with functionality and feasibility before mass implementation.
- Built a supplier database from scratch to organize contacts, pricing, and lead times—this saved valuable time for future sourcing.
- Created cost comparison sheets for each requested item to optimize budgets and avoid overspending.
- Managed tight coordination between billings, deliveries, and contractor requisitions, preventing common procurement bottlenecks.
- Regularly contacted suppliers for material samples, quotes, and price negotiations, ensuring timely responses and best-value deals.
- Presented detailed cost analysis and supplier options directly to the company chairman for final approvals.
- Acted as a liaison between the procurement team, site engineers, and trade contractors to keep everyone aligned.
- Monitored POs, billing, payment status, and material deliveries, ensuring accountability from requisition to receipt.
- Handled Tradecon labor billings and prepared purchase requests via the internal system to process contractor payments.
- Conducted on-site visits to validate delivery accuracy and monitor progress, preventing material mismatches or delays.
